DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

Order Processing and Refunds: Once an order has reached the “processing” stage (i.e., assigned to an astrologer or consultant), no refunds will be issued. Users are encouraged to carefully review their details before placing an order.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations of successfully placed orders must be requested within 1 (one) hour of payment by contacting customer support. The decision to approve or deny such cancellations will be at the sole discretion of the App.

Data Accuracy: Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information provided by the user. Users must double-check all data before submission.

Service Disclaimer: The services offered by the App, including astrological consultations and products, are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Results and remedies provided through astrology are based on interpretations and are not guaranteed.

Refunds for Technical Issues: In case of technical issues, such as errors during payment, users must verify their bank account status to avoid duplicate payments. Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed after verification, excluding transaction fees where applicable.

Service and Product Delivery: For any delay in activating subscriptions or delivery of services, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Communication-Based Services: No refunds will be granted for missed calls or unavailability during "Call with Astrologer" sessions. Users are advised to ensure that their phone number is correct and reachable.
